Eureka Waterdrop Dip Pen prototyping has initiated !
Yet again, a new ambitious project has started again !
An exciting dream is to be realized in 2026 !
The dip pen nib will be made with Titanium grade 23 material (German titanium)
The shape of the nib is "waterdrop", which is the initial prototype nib design of Eureka foutain pen Co. Ltd.
There are 8 super fine deep cuts at the end of the nib point.
This design feature is different from converntional dip pen nib design.
It allows for multiple regrind of the nib while maintaining nib performance.
The barrel design is longer than standard length.
Super precision 36 facets are machined, which greatly enhances grip feel in all directions.
Due to the increased length, production difficulty will increase.
Cap shape is dodecagon, to enhance anti-roll property.
Various materials will be used such as ebonite, PEEK(various), ULTEM, PPSU(various), acrylic, polycarbonate, etc.
I will try my very best to create the best version of the prototype.
