1. Delivery & Customs

  • Processing: All orders are usually dispatched once a week (Tuesday).
  • Shipping Time: EMS Premium (usually within 7 business days) / EMS Express (within 14 business days)
  • Import Duties: Any customs fees or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

2. Return Policy

  • Window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: We only accept returns for uninked pens in original, brand-new condition.
  • Inked Pens: Once a pen has been filled with ink, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Defects & Warranty

  • Reporting: Physical damage must be reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Coverage: A 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover "sprung" nibs (caused by excessive pressure), physical drops, or unauthorized repairs/adjustments.
  • Inspection: All returned "defective" pens will be compared against our pre-shipment records. If the damage is found to be user-inflicted, the claim will be rejected.
