While developing PEEK (tan) and Ultem grips,
I decided to try the PEEK black material.
Although the material color is black,
It is somewhat unusual in that it is silvery black.
Since the design of the grip section is nib-housingless type,
Precision is very important.
Normally, 0.01mm precision is optimal.
0.02mm precision in the minus direction is not acceptible.
so, with the new material, I observed its precision
I was able to achieve acceptible precision 0.01mm or 0.02mm positive direction.
Stable installation of the converter and ebonite feeder is possible.
Therefore, it is possible to develop the grip section with the PEEK black material.
I will develop 8 types of grip parts for this PEEK Black material, just like Ultem.
