ULTEM feeder for the titanium nib has been developed.
this has been one of the most ambitious projects for me.
and quite possibly the most difficult feeder model I've ever created.
with the completion of the ultem feeder, the titanium nib project has completed successfully!
here are some characterists of this ultem feeder project.
1) the feeder for the titanium nib can be produced in either ULTEM or Ebonite.
although ebonite ones will not be ready anytime soon.
2) the nib feeder assembly is extremely easy to disassemble.
it is very easy to perform maintenance of the parts.
3) the nib - feeder assembly will fit together angularly, and very precisely.
accuracy is within 0.05mm
4) "the nib - feeder - grip" parts are compatible with all eureka models that uses 5th gen ebonite feeder.
5) The Ultem feeder is 100% machined from a solid ultem rod.
