For 5 years, I've been doing urushi research focusing mainly on durability and aesthetics. above all, urushi durability has been the main objective. when i started doing urushi on fountain pens, I didn't know much and I was told that urushi is very strong material. so I just.. ㅤ ink spurt resistance test (5th gen ebonite feeder) the 5th gen ebonite feeder was based on improving/modifying the 4th gen ebonite feed design. although, it ended up becoming a completely different feeder from 4th gen. the 4th gen ebonite feeder had good ink spurt resistance. so i just assumed 5th gen will be at least similar. however, just assuming something works becuase it is a predecessor of previous gen doesn't guarantee its performance. so..
